Introduction:
Take a technical lead role in high voltage CMOS and BCDMOS process development.
Your Role
The candidate shall be accountable to define embedded High Voltage/BCDMOS processes compatible to GlobalFoundries baseline CMOS in cost effective manner.
The candidate shall be accountable to design and characterize high voltage devices like DDD MOS, LDMOS and VDMOS etc.
Candidate shall also be accountable to define and establish high voltage process/device design rules for the competitive device and process performance.
He/she shall also be accountable to do systematic design of experiment for process and device development /performance/reliability optimization.
He/she shall be accountable to have detailed technical interaction/discussion with cross functional technical teams like Modules, TCAD, SPICE and PDK teams etc to get unit module setup, process/device simulation, modeling and enablement done for the processes developed.
He/she shall also be accountable to debug and solve High Voltage CMOS/ BCDMOS process/device problems.
It is also the accountability of the candidate to provide mentorship to fresh (device/integration) engineers/AEs.
To be responsible to interact with internal & external customers and respond to customers’ technical queries.
To innovate new methods of continuous High Voltage process/device improvements
TCAD work experience or education background are welcome to apply.
Good interpersonal skill, resourceful, Good understanding of DOE, continuous learning & knowledge upgrading attitude.
Job Requirements
Master's degree Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience (2 years with PhD) in technology development, device design, debugging and process integration in manufacturing environment.
Device physics knowledge is essential
Effective communication skills. Fluency in English Language – written & verbal
