Hiring: F&B Executive

Job Description:

• To coordinate daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure that the food and beverages are served while maintaining a consistent presentation and proper temperature.
• Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
• Follow all designated opening and closing procedures to ensure areas are secure and energy efficient.
• To respond efficiently to customer complaints.
• To coordinate daily Front and Back of the House and operations.
• To ensure consistent food and beverage product quality.
• To optimize employee rostering.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma & Degree in hospitality or other relevant courses.
• Minimum 1-2 year of relevant F&B experience
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills. A good attitude of friendliness while conveying confidence in the company professionalism.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work with co-workers and all levels of staff.
