Job Description:

• Setup and commissioning of company equipment at customer sites.

• Conducting hands-on training sessions for end-users and operators.

• Troubleshooting and fixing mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.

• Planning, coordinating, and overseeing service-related projects.

• Performing scheduled or as-needed calibration to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Providing remote or on-site assistance to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Electronic/Electrical/Mechatronic or relevant engineering field

• Able to perform Systems Calibration of All Machine type including legacy product.

• Able to perform System Installation independently and within time frame.

• Able to Diagnose Customer's machine fault/issue in an effective manner
