Job Description:
Follow-up on outstanding order, delivery schedule;
Prepare shipping documentation and arrange incoming & outgoing regional shipment;
Receive and process incoming goods and outgoing shipments unload and unpack goods;
Scan, sort and organize goods by brands to ensure easier tracking;
Labels and place the goods in the appropriate section of the warehouse for storage;
Maintaining accurate inventory records of all goods and products stored in the warehouse;
Pick, pack and verify the correct quantities and prepare the items for shipment.
Generate shipping documentation such as packing slips or shipping labels for orders and items;
Organize warehouse space, keep warehouse clean and organized daily;
Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing to update the team on inventory levels, order fulfilment and other tasks;
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
O-Level or equivalent
At least 1 year of work experience in Operations or in related field
Organized, detailed and deadline oriented
Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
A team player yet able to work well independently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and always thinking about how to improve processes
Proficient in MS Office application
