Training Manager (Insurance, West, FA Trainer) - #1097318

Location: West

Working Hours: Mon – Thur: 8.30am – 5.15pm, Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Salary: Up to $7,000 per month 

Duration: 12 months contract

Job Description: 

• Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees on insurance products and concepts.

• Update training materials regularly to reflect changes in insurance products, regulations and company policies.

• Organize and execute various workshops, clinics and ELearning modules.

• Ensure smooth running of training courses and program through coordination of the logistics and program content.

• Create engaging and interactive learning content with digital tools and platforms.

• Design and deliver curriculum with a blended learning approach.

• Communicate effectively with learners and stakeholders to ensure learning objectives are met.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor in Business or related fields of study

• Possess CMFAS M5, M9, M9A and HI certifications

• Certifications such as AFP, AFC, CFP, ChFC would be an added advantage

• Proven experience as an insurance trainer or in a similar role within the Insurance or Banking industry.

• In-depth knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry practices.

• Exhibit ability to deliver effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
