About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Motor Insurance Executive to join our team at Meta Agency Pte Ltd in the Woodlands North Region. As a Motor Insurance Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality customer service and support for our motor insurance products. This full-time position presents an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in the administrative support and customer service domain.

What you'll be doing

Handling customer inquiries, processing claims, and providing assistance with policy renewals and amendments

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and policy information

Collaborating with the underwriting and claims teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Generating and analysing reports to identify areas for process improvements

Assisting with the administration of motor insurance policies, including issuing documents and managing policy documentation

Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients

What we're looking for

Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients

Excellent organisational and administrative abilities, with a keen eye for detail

Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office suite

Knowledge of the motor insurance industry or a willingness to learn

Experience in a similar administrative or customer service role is preferred

A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work well in a team
