Customer Orders Coordinator (Medical Device) - #1097216

Key Responsibilities:
Verify purchase order (PO) pricing and enter sales orders into SAP or Oracle systems
Process, track, and monitor customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
Review and update daily backlog reports
Communicate closely with:
Customer Service team
Procurement team
Warehouse team
to ensure accurate shipment status
Coordinate with inbound and outbound teams to manage and meet customer expectations
Liaise with Finance team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
Work closely with the Sales team to:
Support customer satisfaction
Strengthen ongoing business relationships
Attend to customer calls and emails in a prompt and professional manner
Requirements:
Tertiary qualification with 3–5 years of relevant experience (preferably in the medical device industry)
Proficiency in SAP or Oracle systems for order entry and processing
Strong attention to detail in pricing verification and order management
Experience in order processing, tracking, and shipment coordination is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to respond to customer inquiries professionally and maintain strong relationships
