Research Engineer
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
(a) Lead and contribute to AI projects with real-world applications in industrial sectors including Smart Manufacturing, Retail, and Healthcare.
(b) Survey and analyze state-of-the-art research, especially in the area of Vision-Language Large Models (VLLMs), and develop domain-specific algorithms suitable for industrial use.
(c) Design, implement, and evaluate machine learning models, intelligent agents, and software prototypes for real-world AI scenarios.
(d) Provide software development support for AI research initiatives, including building experimental platforms and deployment pipelines.
(e) Perform other related tasks as assigned by management, including technical evaluations, report writing, and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Proficient in Python and experienced with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Preferred qualifications include one or more of the following:
‧ Experience in publishing academic papers at reputable conferences or journals.
‧ Hands-on project development or deployment experience in industry settings.
‧ Awards or recognition in AI/ML competitions (e.g., Kaggle, AI Challenge events).
‧ Demonstrated ability through AI-related portfolios or project showcases.Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive learning attitude and creative mindset.
