The Retail Sales Assistant plays a vital role in driving store sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting operational efficiency. This position also contributes to store-level innovation and productivity efforts. To ensure a seamless omnichannel customer experience, the Retail Sales Assistant is responsible for managing in-store order fulfilment and providing timely, accurate service across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Engage proactively with customers to promote and sell products while delivering a positive, professional experience
Generate new business opportunities through walk-in traffic and phone enquiries
Maintain consistent service excellence in line with company standards
Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly and courteously
Support day-to-day store operations, including invoicing, packing, stock replenishment, receiving deliveries, and conducting inventory checks
Uphold high standards of cleanliness and visual merchandising to ensure a well-presented store environment
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum qualification: ITE / Diploma / Degree
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in spoken and written English
Prior experience in customer service or retail
