Assistant Finance Manager - #1097140

Job Description & Requirements

We are seeking an Accountant to supervise a regional finance team with the Finance Manager and CFO in enhancing financial reporting, costing, budgeting, internal controls, treasury, regional finance and tax integration, and ensuring compliance in IFRS.

Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting and Analysis

· Draft audit financial statements

· Prepare and/or check management reports

· Conduct analytical review

· Participate in due diligence exercise of target companies

· Prepare group consolidation of accounts and segment reporting

Audit & Tax Compliance

· Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax and corporate secretariat agents

· Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and corporate SOPs

· Identify and address improvements in internal controls

Budgeting

· Prepare annual budgets and forecasts

· Monitor cash flow, involve in costs control, and variance analysis.

Process Improvement & Systems Management

· Enhance financial processes, reporting accuracy, and efficiency.

· Implement and enhance existing workflows and/or new systems.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Business, ACCA (or equivalent)

· External audit exposure is advantageous

· Competency in interpretation of IFRS

· Proficiency in group consolidation of accounts

· Good problem-solving skills

· CA Singapore (or equivalent) qualification is desired, but not mandatory

· Able to start work at short notice
