Job Description:

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customer and suppliers for the pick-up shipment of cargos.

• Liaise internally and externally for the storage, transportation and depot of cargos.

• Assist in resolving shipping-related issues.

• Generate reports such as import/export and stocktake results for management.

• Negotiate shipping rates when required.

• Support other warehouse functions as needed.

Job Requirement:

• Min GCE O Level with 1 – 2 years in logistics industry is preferred.

• Positive attitude, detail-oriented, organized and able to prioritize tasks.

• Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.

• Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
