Job Responsibilities:
IT & Technical Support
· Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT-related issues, providing technical assistance to users.
· Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues such as printer malfunctions, network connectivity, and email access.
· Assist users in resolving login and system access problems.
· Escalate more complex IT issues to senior support teams when necessary.
· Document common IT issues and resolutions to improve response times and efficiency.
Documentation & Inventory Management
· Maintain accurate IT asset inventories (hardware, software licenses, peripherals).
· Document system configurations, network diagrams, and change logs to ensure audit readiness.
· Manage IT procurement records, including purchase orders, warranty details, and disposal certificates.
