Key Responsibilities
Job Scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule appointments for our technicians, ensuring efficient daily routing and customer satisfaction.Purchasing Support:
Assist with procurement of materials from suppliers and ensure all internal purchase requests are processed accurately and promptly.Shipment & Delivery Tracking:
Monitor and track the status of incoming materials or products, including delivery timelines and shipment updates.Invoice & Payment Monitoring:
Support finance by tracking outstanding invoices, following up on due payments, and assisting with basic data entry into our systems.Order Submission:
Help sales and operations teams by entering and submitting customer orders, ensuring order accuracy and completeness.General Administrative Support:
Maintain updated records of stock, orders, and deliveries
Liaise with internal departments and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
Assist in preparing simple reports or summaries as needed
