Roles and responsibilities:
· Preparation, issuance of invoices, credit notes, and refunds
· Monitor and ensure healthy AR ageing report of assigned accounts
· Follow up with the collection for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
· Investigate and resolve customers’ inquiries, including resolving collection and payment discrepancies
· Undertake accounts reconciliation of receipts
· Timely month-end closing for accounts receivable function
· Assist in annual audits
· Review of customer aging
· To follow up with sales team & customer on the payment settlement of invoices
· Review of new customer application
· Attend weekly sales meeting to discuss on the outstanding invoices with sales team
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor
Education and Work requirements:
· Minimum a Diploma in Accounting or Finance
· Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field
