Sales Executive - B2K Pet Care

• Up till $2000 basic + incentive (Up till $1000) + commission (up till $1000) + variable bonus

• 80% Farmer and 20% hunter

• Working Days: Monday to Thursday (8am to 6pm) and Friday (8am to 5pm)

• Working location: Yishun Industrial Street 1

• 1 year in B2B or B2C sales from any industry

The Responsibilities

• Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

• Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.

• Customer Support: Address inquiries and resolve issues to enhance the client experience.

• Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and client needs to inform sales strategies.

• Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports as well as maintain accurate records of client interactions

• CRM Strategy & Optimization: Using CRM data to identify sales strategies and products based on customer past purchases.

• Payment Collection: Follow up on outstanding payments and ensuring timely collection.

The Requirements

• 1 year in sales or key account management (B2B or B2C sales)

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Class 3/3A Singapore license is required
