About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Content Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Lara & Ela Jewellery Pte Ltd. In this casual role, you will be responsible for editing of raw images, uploading on websites , periodic updates of product attributes , article creations on e-commerce platforms , all SEO related works , work with business owner in creating and curating engaging digital content , artworks and short videos to showcase our beautiful jewellery collections to our growing online audience. Based in our Ang Mo Kio office in the North-East Region, you will play a crucial part in driving our digital marketing strategy and enhancing our brand presence across various social media platforms.

What you'll be doing may include the below :

• Develop and execute a content calendar to consistently publish high-quality images, videos, and written content on our website and social media channels

• Collaborate with the design team to conceptualise and produce visually compelling content that showcases our jewellery products in the best light

• Monitor social media analytics to identify top-performing content and continuously optimise our digital strategy

• Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner

• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase online sales

• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and innovative

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in digital content creation and social media management, preferably in the fashion or retail industry

• Excellent photography and video production skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and design

• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities to craft engaging and compelling content

• Proficiency in using content management systems, social media platforms, and various digital tools

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities

• Passion for the jewellery industry and a genuine interest in emerging digital trends
