Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately key in date and details of items into the database or system.
• Sort and categorize items based on their description and category.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing the activities.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure the accuracy of records.
• Handle basic finance operations and managing customer inquiries. 
• Assist in coordinating the delivery, including verification and documentation procedures.

Job Requirement: 

• At least Diploma and above 
• Preferable with 1 – 2 years of administrative experience
