Job Description:
• Assist in Sales and Marketing activities, issue quotations and prepare marketing materials.
• Admin and co-ordination support: documents filing, issue sales order, invoices and delivery orders
• Arrange daily delivery schedules.
• Liaise with customers to secure orders.
• Provide sales related support in all areas of order fulfilment.
• Handle call-in / walk in sales enquires and orders.
Job Requirements:
• multi-tasking, self-starter, independent with good initiative and interest in continuous learning.
• Pleasant personality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Able to communicate with customers from all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications like excel, word, powerpoint, etc
• Certificate / Diploma in any discipline and preferably with 2 years related experience.
