Key Responsibilities:
Disseminate tender docs, dwgs, clarifications, interviews, mtg invite, etc
Follow up and compile all technical docs for submission
Input project budget, progress claim and misc quote in ERP
Assist QS in wrapping up hard copy tender submissions
Assist the remote QS in uploading and saving all RF and misc quote submissions in local & external google drive
Project administration and documentation
Job Requirements
Proficient in excel, power point
At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Familiarity in Bluebeam software
