Responsibilities:
Manage calls and take messages for relevant departments.
Provide general administrative support including typing, printing, filing, and mailing.
Handle insurance policy renewals, infrastructure permits, and certifications.
Coordinate with vendors for equipment, machinery, and asset renewal, purchase, and maintenance.
Assist with HR tasks such as staff attendance, leave records, recruitment, and employee welfare activities.
Requirements:
Min. 1 year admin experience
With Nitec/ Diploma, preferably in Business/ HR field
