Deputy Construction Manager (Viaducts) - #1096824

• Report to Construction Manager and lead the team/site works during his absence.
• Prepare & review detailed schedule for the site team to follow accordingly and for on-time completion
• Prepare & review detailed method statements and work instructions.
• Coordinate all related construction matters with subcontractor/consultant/client.
• Prepare & review company reports and documents
• Responsible & resolve technical and claim issues
• Assess subcontractors’ work activities against performance expectation
• Ensure compliance with quality, environment, health & safety requirements.

Job requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, inclusive of at least 3 years as Deputy Construction manager level, managing construction teams for complex vehicular structures and road projects of similar scale and complexity
• Candidate with LTA viaduct experience is preferred
• Well experienced in Bored piling, CBP, ERSS, RCBC Drain Box, Grouting, etc.
• Knowledgeable with various Utilities, M&E works
• Proficient in MS Office and knowledge on AutoCAD is at an advantage
• Attained trade certificate such as CSCPM/BCSS/Confined Space/Work at height
• Good interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, independent individual and possesses great initiatives
