Collect, record all incoming e-invoice emails to “push out” to the Scanning System distribution to the respective personnel
Verify details on invoice with the scanning system consistently.
Handling of Credit Notes and Other problematic supplier invoices that comes into the E-Invoice Server
Job Requirement
Proficiency in Windows-based software, Microsoft Office
Possess good communications and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and the willingness to learn. Patient, positive attitude and must be a team player.
