Senior HR Generalist (Payroll needed)- East, Engineering MNC - #1096710

Our client is a global MNC in the Engineering in industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join their team , in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East area.

Duties:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff exit processes

• Coordinate employee orientation, confirmation, and documentation

• Handle work pass matters and support performance appraisals

• Maintain employee records and leave tracking

• Prepare payroll data for review

• Solve employee concerns and promote workplace harmony

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR generalist experience

• Minimum Diploma in HR and any relevant field.
