QC Inspector (IMMEDIATE, 2 Vacancies Available) - #1096682

We required:

• Can speak and read English.

• Have own transport.

• Experience with measurement machines (CMM, IM/LM, Smart Scope etc.)

• Understand drawing/GD&T.

• Willing to work in rotating shift schedule.

  • First shift: 7.30am - 4.50pm

  • Second shift: 3.00pm - 12.20am

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspection in accordance to work instructions.

• Complete all necessary records after each completion of work.

• Tidy up work environment during and after performing the work.

• Report all problems & non-conformance encountered to their superiors for investigation & corrective action.

• Any ad-hock job as assign by Manager.

• Involve in new project activities such as but not limited to lay out inspection, checking of PPAP samples, MSA activity, preparation of master/limit samples and Cpk evaluation.

• Participate in 5S activities.

 Education/Qualification

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering
