• Basic $2000 - $ 2700 + Allowances + Variable Bonus

• Working location: Tampines North

• Working days: 5 days

• Working hours (shift): 6.45 am - 3:45 pm / 11.00 am - 8.00 pm

• Training provided for those without / with lesser experience

Job Responsibilities:

• In charge of monitoring the operations and maintenance of Products (Autonomous / Automated / Robot)

• Conduct routine checks and basic housekeeping for Products to ensure optimal functionality.

• Respond promptly to technical issues as the first line of support.

• Provide Tier 1 support for operations-related issues, either remotely or on-site.

• Prepare service and maintenance reports, as well as other relevant operations documentation.

• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Operations Team.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical or engineering-related industry.

• Knowledge with Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) will be a plus.
