Job Responsibilities

• Drive business development efforts by securing new sales leads, tenders, and RFQs for freight and logistics services

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement effective logistics and supply chain solutions

• Manage and grow key customer accounts through consistent engagement and tailored service offerings

• Monitor service performance metrics and coordinate with operations to ensure customer satisfaction and service level targets

• Support project implementation and lead cross-functional teams in delivering value-added logistics solutions

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within the logistics or freight forwarding industry, preferably in contract logistics (3PL/4PL)

• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills with a proven sales track record

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with customer presentations
