Finance Manager - #1096516

We are seeking a Finance Manager to supervise a finance team in enhancing financial reporting, costing, budgeting, internal controls, treasury, regional finance and tax integration, and ensuring compliance in IFRS.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end finance and accounting functions including P&L, balance sheet, and statutory reporting.

• Handle monthly consolidation of financial reports, statutory filings, and weekly management reporting.

• Drive the annual budgeting process and support the rolling forecast exercise.

• Oversee cash flow management and ensure robust financial controls and compliance.

• Oversee statutory compliance, including GST returns, corporate tax filings, and liaising with auditors and authorities.

• Take the lead in finance-related projects involving system enhancements, process optimization, and business transformation.

• Performing any other ad-hoc tasks assigned to support the goals and objectives of the Business Planning Department

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.

• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a full-spectrum finance role.

• Strong hands-on experience in group consolidation, financial reporting, and tax matters.

• Background in engineering or manufacturing is preferred.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.

• Self-motivated, resilient, and committed to professional growth with a clear sense of career direction.

• Familiarity with local and international financial reporting standards and tax compliance requirements.
