About the role

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at the Advanced VetCare Veterinary Centre in the Bedok East Region. This is a full-time position that will involve providing excellent customer service to our clients and patients.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting clients and patients in a warm and welcoming manner

• Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's reception area

• Answering phone calls and responding to client inquiries

• Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management

• Providing a high level of customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all clients and their pets

• Working closely with the veterinary team to support the smooth running of the clinic

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably within the veterinary or healthcare industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and patients in a warm and professional manner

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in using computer software and office equipment

• A genuine passion for animal welfare and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
