M&E Project Manager - #1096419

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven M&E Project Manager to lead and oversee the Mechanical & Electrical aspects of construction projects from start to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery, quality workmanship, and compliance with all relevant codes and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end M&E project lifecycle including planning, execution, and handover.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.

• Review and approve M&E drawings, technical submissions, and material specifications.

• Monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and project requirements.

• Lead site meetings and resolve technical or coordination issues promptly.

• Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders.

• Ensure quality assurance and timely completion of works.
  
  
  Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E project management, preferably in construction.

  • Strong knowledge of M&E systems.

  • Familiar with local construction and safety regulations.

  • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.

  • Proficient in project scheduling tools and MS Office (knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus).

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.

  • Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.
