QC Engineer - #1096386

• Well Established Electronics Product Manufacturing

• Working Hours: Mon to Fri (8.30am - 6pm)

• Basic $3200 - $4500 + AWS + Variable Bonus

• Location: Serangoon North

• Familiarity with ISO standards: 9001, 14001, 13485, 45001 and FDA requirements

• Understanding of IPC requirements in PCB Assembly and quality standards for plastic molding, die casting, extrusion, metal stamping, and machining
 

Job Description: 

• Work closely with Process and Engineering teams to define and implement QC requirements

• Develop and maintain inspection criteria, quality plans, and quality documentation

• Conduct in-process inspections and final quality control (FQC) audits

• Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions

• Manage Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) and ensure quality of incoming materials

• Support internal/external audits and ensure compliance with ISO and FDA standards

What we're looking for

• Diploma in Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in electronics product manufacturing

• Experience in Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA)

• Hands-on knowledge of quality control for incoming, in-process, and outgoing products

• Familiarity with ISO standards: 9001, 14001, 13485, 45001 and FDA requirements

• Understanding of IPC requirements in PCB Assembly and quality standards for plastic molding, die casting, extrusion, metal stamping, and machining
