Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
Prepare stock and indent reports.
Coordinate with clients and warehouse for timely shipment processing.
Raise purchase orders, manage stock adjustments, write-offs, item conversions, item creation, item suspension, destruction and other activities.
Submit regular inventory reports and handle inventory-related issues.
Billing & Reporting
Perform accurate and timely client billing.
Generate and compile regular and ad hoc reports as required.
Customer & Product Complaints
Support the Client Service team in tracking and resolving complaints within set timelines
Redressing Coordination
Schedule and monitor redressing activities with internal teams and clients.
Ensure timely completion and update clients on progress.
Client Support
Assist in relaying urgent client requests in the absence of the Client Service Specialist.
General Administration
Perform document control, archiving, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
ITE Grad / Diploma / Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain Management or Operations Management, or relevant experience.
Preferably 2 years relevant experience in data entry, clerical or customer support in logistics, warehousing, pharmaceutical or distribution industry.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Preferred knowledge of SAP system and proficient in Microsoft Office tools and related software
