What you'll be doing?

• Lead and Motivate: Inspire and guide the sales team to achieve business targets and excel in their roles.

• Strategic Planning: Define and implement the company's sales strategy, ensuring profitability and market growth.

• Forecast and Analyze: Develop insightful forecasts and strategies to optimize sales performance and pricing.

• Expand Customer Base: Work proactively to attract new clients and enhance the company's market presence.

• Build Relationships: Foster strong, lasting connections with clients and partners to drive business success.

• Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

• Business Development: Lead impactful presentations and engage with key stakeholders to drive growth.

• Industry Representation: Serve as a company ambassador at major industry events and trade shows.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational Background: A diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science, Information and Communications Technology, or a related field.

• Sales Leadership: At least 6-10 years of progressive sales leadership experience, familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Acumatica, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.

• Strategic Thinker: Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

• Market Expansion: Demonstrated ability to open new markets and grow existing customer bases.
