About the role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician / Engineer to join our dynamic team at OCTOPACK SEA PTE LTD. This full-time role is based in the Yishun North Region and will involve providing expert technical support and maintenance services for our diverse range of products and solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on a variety of equipment and systems

• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues to identify and resolve problems efficiently

• Carry out repairs, adjustments, and replacements as required to restore equipment to optimal working condition

• Maintain detailed records of all service and repair activities

• Provide professional and courteous customer service to our clients

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices

• Collaborate with the wider team to share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Service Technician / Engineer, preferably in a similar industry

• Strong technical aptitude and hands-on skills with a range of equipment and systems

• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities to identify and resolve complex issues

• Commitment to providing high-quality customer service and maintaining professional standards

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications

• Class 3 driving license
