Position: Airfreight Operations Executive

* Basic Salary: $2700 – $3300, Allowance $120

* Working hours – 0900 – 1800 (Monday to Friday), only require if needed to work on Saturday.

* Location : Boon Lay

Job Scope:

- Act as a main coordinator on daily operation with our clients and internal departments.

- Handling airline bookings and procedures.

- Follow up daily shipments orders and prepare full set of export documents

- Handle customers enquires, quotations, oversee agent correspondence and offering solutions.

- Handling Pre-Alert to destination offices/agents.

- Print out HAWB, manifest & MAWB to airlines

- Billing for local deliveries and verify vendors’ invoices.

- Issue invoice to customers and agents.

- Check job costing for every file handled and ensure no loss.

- Scanning of documents and filing into Kendox Archive.

- Follow up daily shipments orders and prepare full set of export documents.

- Perform any other related tasks as required or assigned by manager.
