Job Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate workshop records, service documents, and filing systems
Prepare work orders, purchase orders, and customer invoicesManage job sheets and track repair/service progress
Answer calls, take messages, and coordinate with mechanics and workshop staff
Assist customers with inquiries, appointment bookings, and billing matters
Job Requirements:
1- 2 years of admin experience, preferably in the automotive industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic invoicing systems
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and customer service skill
Ability to work independently and coordinate with workshop teams
Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping habits
Able to handle a fast-paced, service-driven environment
