Responsibilities
Work together with local management team and HQ Business leaders to manage the recruitment needs / HCs / budgets etc.
Manage / expend the local sourcing channels, lower the recruitment costs
Fulfill the recruitment needs, complete all the necessary process, flows.
Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it.
Develop job postings, job descriptions and position requirements.
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
Prepare the recruitment reports as per organization’s requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above
Familiar with university’s programs, has connections with university career office or students committee
Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook; especially in proficient in Power Point, strong in prepare presentation slide.
Good communication skills in both English and mandarin, likes to interact with all levels of people
Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment
Proactive working attitude; Able to work under pressu
