• Position : System and Application Implementation Engineer (GitHub / Building Automation / Python / Java script / Computer Science Background)

•  Location : International Business Park (Nearest MRT: Jurong East walking distance)

•  Working hours : 5 days a week, Monday - Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm

•  Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $7000 + AWS + Medical/ Dental Allowance

•  Duration : Perm

•  Industry : INSTALLATION OF BUILDING AUTOMATED SYSTEMS FOR REMOTE MONITORING

 Main Responsibilities:

•  Support the System Development Manager and Application Development Manager to research,

  design, implement and manage software application programs for Digital Intelligent Building

•  Management Systems in the Southeast Asia and India region.

•  Design and develop applications to realize enhanced building and occupant safety, enhanced

  occupant experience with reduced costs and increased efficiency.

•  Plan, test and evaluate new software applications.

•  Create engineering manuals and documents to deploy software applications in the region.

•  Train and support engineers in the region on software applications. Work together with engineers

•  in the region to execute project engineering and system configuration on-site.

•  Collect feedback from the internal and external stakeholders to make continuous improvement.

•  Be responsible for office IT administration.

 Requirements:

•  A bachelor's degree in engineering; experience in lieu of a degree will be considered for the right

•  candidate. A degree in computer science is preferred.

•  Minimum 3 years of programming experience is preferred.

•  Programming knowledge of Python and Java script.

•  Strong interest for AI/ML, web API programming, energy and the environment.

•  Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

•  Experience in building automation systems preferred.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
