About the Role: 

In this role, you will take the lead in driving recruitment strategies to attract top talent while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. You will mentor and guide the recruitment team, contribute to key hiring initiatives, and work closely with business leaders to meet the organization’s recruitment needs. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement strategic talent acquisition initiatives to attract top-tier candidates.

  • Manage, mentor, and support the recruitment team to ensure hiring goals align with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to develop a robust talent pipeline.

  • Leverage data analytics and recruitment metrics to improve processes and enhance efficiency.

  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate journey from initial contact through onboarding.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually refine recruitment strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

  • CEI Basic Certificate is preferred.

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR leadership roles.

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Ability to design and implement effective hiring strategies in a competitive market.

  • A results-oriented mindset with a passion for talent management and organizational growth.
