Working Hours: 5 days per week / 44 hours per week / 11am – 9pm (Opening & Closing)
Location: Northpoint City and Pasir Ris mall – Need to be open for transfer due to operational/manpower needs.

$1800 - $2800 (Excluding Commissions)

Responsibilities:

• Attend to the walk-in customer on enquiries, purchases, or any assistance needed.

• Maintain and provide good customer service level (inclusive of after sales service) at all times.

• Suggest specific product purchases to meet customers' needs (cross-sell and up-sell).

• Achieve monthly sales target given by Company.

• Monitoring and replenishment of stocks/inventory.

• Prepare/report daily sales and feedbacks as required.

• Ensuring products are well displayed in accordance with Company guidelines, display units and areas are clean and tidy at all times.

• Participate in ad-hoc duties or events when required.

• Adherence to the company’s policies, code of conduct and operational procedures.

 
Requirements:

• Renewable contract with attractive benefits and commission scheme

• Matured, self-motivated, proactive and results driven.

• Able to commit to retail hours including weekends/public holidays.
