Job Description:
Handle requisition from project team and process purchase orders within required time.
Analyzation, comparison, and negotiation of quotations to ensure the best deal.
Maintain and follow up delivery order, purchase order and other related matters.
Ensure materials are delivered punctually to site.
Monitoring monthly inventory record.
Weekly submission of report to accounts.
Undertake any other ad-hoc projects / duties assigned.
Support project team and perform administrative duties.
Job requirements:
Minimum GCE O level or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in Construction industry.
Comfortable working on site office / travel across Singapore to support project team.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
