Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of the full range of products offered.

• Prepare quotations and proposals tailored to customer requirements.

• Plan and conduct sales visits and customer calls.

• Maintain relationships with existing clients while proactively identifying and developing new customers and market opportunities.

• Deliver product presentations to customers, highlighting key features and benefits.

• Follow up on sales leads, orders, and deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Provide both pre-sales and post-sales support by analyzing customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.

• Use technical knowledge to demonstrate product advantages and how they better meet customer needs compared to competing products.

Requirements

• Candidate with diploma/degree in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering (any engineering background relevant with automation or robotics) are welcome to apply.
