Position Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the successful delivery of high-value semiconductor or data center projects. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with deep knowledge of managing complex construction activities in fast-paced, high-spec environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day site operations and ensure all construction works meet design, safety, quality, and schedule requirements

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on scope and execution

• Develop and maintain construction schedules, resource plans, and progress tracking

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and industry standards

• Drive safety programs and enforce health and environmental standards on site

• Resolve on-site issues and ensure swift decision-making to avoid delays

• Conduct regular site meetings and report project progress to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• 5 to 10 years of local experience in construction management

• Proven experience with semiconductor facility or data center projects is essential

• Strong understanding of MEP systems, cleanroom standards, and mission-critical environments
