Sales Support Executive (VLOOKUP/Pivot Table/Woodland) - #1095875

• Handling indoor sales inquiries and orders by phone or email

• Preparing and processing sales orders and quotations

• Developing and maintaining a filing system for managing sales databases and updating sales records

• Preparing data sets for Management reporting and internal controls

• Take a lead in the Sales Support Division within the International Business Department

• Support the International Business Department in Admin matters and controls.

• Oversee and manage OTC process for export business

• Take lead in the sales support division within International Commercial Dept

• Work closely with the Operations team to keep track of production status and shipment schedule etc.

• Uphold SOP process and standards by tracking forecast and actual sales data, analyze gap and prepare a report when required.

• Support the International Commercial team in administrative matters, tracking & reporting budget and expenses.

• other adhoc work assigned by the HOD.

Requirement:

• Diploma in Business, Data Science, Business Analytics or its equivalent

• 3 - 4years of OTC Sales Support experience within a Manufacturing company.

• Good in Microsoft excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Table) is a must

• Experienced with export operations, process and documentation

• Experienced and operational in Order to Cash (OTC) process

• Experienced in preparing data sets for management reporting and internal control

• Able to adapt and work at fast-pace environment

• Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment

5 days work week
