 Responsibilities:

• Involved in planning, coordinating and implementing A&A and project work timely and ensure compliance to all authority and client's requirement

• Assist in preparation of documents for tender submissions and costing calculation.

• Generate quotations as per client’s request.

• Obtaining quotations and price negotiation with specialist contractors/preferred working vendors

• Review of tender work scope and work closely with operations

• Supervision and project management of A&A works.

• Liaising with internal team, client and contractors for A&A works.

• To ensure works carried out safely and / or in accordance with safety procedures.     

 Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management or equivalent

• Relevant working experience in facilities management

• General knowledge of M&E building services

• Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills

• Good communication skills

• Proficient in MS Excel

• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behavior
