HR Intern (Full-Time Internship) – Coca-Cola CPS Singapore

Allowance: SGD 900/month
Location: 1 Tuas Bay Drive, Singapore 637557
Workdays: Monday to Friday (5-day work week)
Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Duration: Full-time internship
Shuttle Bus Provided: Island-wide from selected MRT stations

What You’ll Be Doing

As our HR Intern, you’ll be a key part of the team supporting people-first initiatives and driving continuous improvements. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with HR projects focused on process efficiency and digitization

• Supporting employee training and development activities

• Contributing to our bi-weekly employee newsletter as part of the editorial team

• Helping plan Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) events

• Providing general support for HR operations and employee services

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business, Human Resources or related discipline

• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)

• IT-savvy; familiarity with digital tools (e.g., Canva, Microsoft Teams) is a bonus

• Able to manage confidential information with professionalism

• Organized, proactive, and a strong team player

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eager to contribute

• Interest in HR functions including Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Employee Engagement
