Business Development & Tender Manager - #1095743

Our client, a leading player in the F&B sector, is looking for a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to drive their store expansion initiatives. This key role will focus on identifying new site opportunities, managing tender submissions, and negotiating leases.

Summary:

• Basic salary up to $5000

• Monday to Friday

• 830am to 6pm

• Location: Woodlands

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential retail sites that align with business goals and market trends.

• Conduct feasibility studies and detailed analysis on proposed locations, including rental pricing, competition, and foot traffic.

• Prepare, coordinate, and submit tender documents and proposals for new retail outlets, including government and private sector tenders.

• Lead lease negotiations and engage with landlords, developers, and relevant agencies to secure favorable terms.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Projects, Operations, Marketing, and Maintenance to ensure smooth store openings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property agents, developers, and authorities.

• Stay updated on market trends and identify new opportunities for expansion.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and reports related to site acquisitions, tender submissions, and lease agreements.

• At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in retail leasing, site acquisition, or business development.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
