Senior Associate, Financial Reporting (6 Months) | UP$4500 - #1095737

Contract Duration: Full-time 6 months with possible extension depending on business needs

Working Location: Changi

Key Responsibilities

• Support in processing of GL journals posted by the section (e.g. prepayments, payroll related liabilities, etc)

• Assist in monthly closing activities, including the timely review in reasonableness of GL account balances and liaising with divisions/sections to ensure accuracy of numbers

• Analyse and prepare monthly P/L reporting, balance sheet reconciliations (including bank reconciliation) and other audit schedules

• Assist in running of system reports on a monthly basis

• Assist to prepare information for GST Submission/submission of statistics to government agencies

• Any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Must Have: Proficient in MS Office applications and SAP

• Meticulous with a good level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Minimum a diploma in Accounting or Finance, with at least 2 years of GL function experience

• Well organised individual that can take control of multiple responsibilities and deadlines

• Independent worker with a positive attitude

• Good communications and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge in Power BI and Query will be a plus
