Duties:

• Drive store and team sales performance to meet targets

• Set and monitor sales goals; analyze data and prepare reports

• Lead, coach, and motivate staff to deliver service excellence

• Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team culture

• Ensure smooth daily operations, staffing, and crisis management

• Manage inventory, store facilities, and safety protocols

• Oversee customer service standards and implement service recovery when needed

• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to uphold brand image

• Handle order fulfilment, returns, and customer interactions

• Monitor productivity and lead efficiency and innovation initiatives

• Support new product launches and service enhancements

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of retail store management experience

• At least 2 years of experience leading and developing teams

• Strong awareness of current and emerging beauty trends

• Proven track record of surpassing sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service
