Responsibilities:
· Oversee the Human Resources department to ensure HR processes is work according with local regulations and organization policies
· Work with different program/project owner by providing relevant HR expertise
· Develop and spearhead strategic HR initiatives to drive continuous improvement at organization level
· Responsible in managing organization manpower and HR departmental budget
· Work closely with different program/project owner on recruitment processes
· Oversee payroll processing with third party accounting firm
· Employees Skills Upgrading to prepare Company for present and future needs where applicable
· Management of annual performance appraisal exercise at organization level
· Review current employee benefit and welfare policies. Recommend any appropriate revision when necessary to remain competitive with market trends.
· Handle employee enquiries & grievances as well as disciplinary matters with reference to Employees Handbook Policies and Regulations.
· Generate necessary HR and manpower reports to the Management Team for business decision making purposes
· Responsible for facility management and all other general admin support for the premises
· Ensure compliance with local manpower and tax law.
· Update of cost allocation for Operation headcount
· To Cultivate a Culture of Effective Proactive Team Work between Employees, HODs and Cross Functional Departments
· Sustainability Awareness
· Develop and Implement an Effective Training Policy
· To Plan and Coordinate Team Building Programme
Requirements:
· Candidates should preferably possess a Degree in Human Resource Management or any equivalent professional qualifications
· At least 5 years of experience within the HR function
· Prior experience within a supervisor role is desirable
· A team player with strong leadership skills
· Experience with HRMS or payroll system(Info-Tech) is a plus.
