QUANTITY SURVEYOR - #1095706

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and bill of materials (BOM) based on project drawings and specifications.

• Interpret and work with steel structural drawings.

• Possess basic proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and extracting relevant data.

• Estimate material and overall project costs accurately.

• Set and manage budgets for payments, inventory requirements, and procurement of materials.

• Monitor and update budgets in response to design or scope changes during project execution.

• Liaise and negotiate effectively with contractors and subcontractors.

• Document project progress, material usage, and generate regular reports.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, civil Engineering, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in quantity surveying and/or project coordination roles.

• Must be willing to work at project sites and Tuas location.

• Monday to Saturday - 6 days Per week.
